Please read carefully:

New patients please allow 45 minutes for your appointment and 30 minutes for your second visit. A standard follow up appointment is 15 minutes. Child appointments are for under 18 year olds.

If you haven't seen us for over 6 months then please book a 30 minute appointment to allow us time to do a re-examination. If you are unsure please call and speak to reception as we may not be able to see you if the appointment is booked incorrectly.

If you have a current ACC claim or have had an injury and need to activate one please book an ACC appointment. When you arrive you can ask our reception staff for an ACC form to complete. If you are unsure and would like to talk to us about it during your consultation please book a private appointment.

Please make yourself known to our reception staff on arrival and new patients are asked to fill in the appropriate forms.
